of standard letter writing whilst the built-in GIS has
numerous features that help improve case response

Leaders the ability to quickly generate and extract
statistics for performance monitoring and reporting.
The Case Management module includes document management
facilities that allow for a record of all in and out
going mail to be generated.
In addition, GeoEnviron Web solutions give you the
opportunity of publishing information contained within
the database to the intranet or the internet.
